Maximiliano Vivallos

CORPORATE DIRECTOR

Bilingual professional, Business Administrator, with diplomas in Human Resources Management and Organizational Development, and more than 25 years of experience in HR executive positions in national and international companies. Specialist in developing mining workforce profiles, strengthening labor competencies, and designing strategies for organizational growth.

He has been part of multidisciplinary teams in high-impact mining projects in Chile and abroad, successfully leading change processes that have strengthened the development of people and communities linked to mining operations. His experience positions him as a reference in talent management, with a comprehensive vision of labor relations, organizational culture, and team transformation.

Cristina Diaz

PROJECT MANAGER

Mining Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in leadership, administration, and management of training programs, both in corporate and academic settings, in national and international companies.

Specialist in managing training processes, technical teaching, and administration of educational programs in Mining Engineering. She has led strategic initiatives in training, organizational development, and community engagement, demonstrating a comprehensive vision of human capital and its impact on operational continuity.

She has a solid track record in directing multidisciplinary projects, coordinating teams, and designing and implementing operating systems and administrative procedures in complex contexts, both in Chile and abroad.

Rodrigo Diaz

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY ADVISOR

Risk Prevention Engineer (Sernageomin B) and Industrial Civil Engineer, with studies in Operations and Logistics Management. He has a strong background in mining, metalworking, and general services companies, distinguished by his comprehensive approach to safety, operational efficiency, and quality.

He has broad experience in planning and implementing preventive strategies aimed at protecting workers' physical integrity, optimizing production processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. He is proficient in current labor legislation, process redesign, project management, and the implementation of management systems based on ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and OHSAS 18001.

Alongside his corporate work, he has developed specialized consulting services in preventive training for mining projects across Latin America, contributing practical knowledge to work plans focused on safety and continuous improvement in mining processes.

Jorge Rodriguez

METALLURGICAL PLANT ADVISOR

Metallurgical Civil Engineer with more than 25 years of experience in the copper industry, specializing in mineral processing, concentrator plant operations, and comprehensive management of Greenfield and Brownfield projects.

He has led multidisciplinary teams and managed contracts in demanding production environments, with a rigorous focus on safety, operational efficiency, and results. His expertise ranges from metallurgical process optimization to mine-to-plant planning and geometallurgical strategies.

He complements his technical background with studies in management, leadership, and mineral economics, allowing him to integrate technical, economic, and human variables into decision-making and specialized training programs.

Guillermo Sanchez

MECHANICAL ADVISOR

Industrial Mechanical Engineer with more than 30 years of experience in maintenance, project execution, and contract management in critical sectors such as mining, chemical terminals, cement plants, and facility management.

He stands out for his ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, implement improvements in asset availability, and manage complex contracts with a focus on indicators, budget, and results.

His profile adds value to SKILLS in expansion projects, implementation of operational dashboards, and development of technical proposals for mining and industrial clients, always with strategic vision, field experience, and a strong commitment to safety.

Daniela Garcia

LAWYER AND LABOR ADVISOR

Lawyer and Bachelor of Legal Sciences, specialized in Criminal Law, with a distinguished background in Corporate Law, Labor Law, and Human Resources. She holds a master's degree in Criminal Law and a diploma in Criminal Law.

Throughout her career, she has provided specialized legal consulting to companies on regulatory compliance, contracting, labor relations, and people management, with a comprehensive perspective on organizational challenges.

Her approach combines technical mastery of law with a strategic vision, enabling her to deliver effective legal solutions aligned with each business's objectives and dynamics.

Jose Luis Retamal Quiroz

HEAD OF LEGAL AREA

Law graduate with Highest Distinction, holding a solid academic background and experience in judicial proceedings, administrative management, and notarial assistance. He completed his studies at the Universidad Católica del Maule, along with an international internship at the University of Málaga, Spain, strengthening his comparative legal perspective and analytical capacity in global contexts.

He has actively participated in judicial processes, academic support, and student leadership, standing out for his commitment to excellence, professional ethics, and collaborative work. His experience includes roles as judicial attorney, operations administrator, and notarial assistant, which allowed him to develop practical skills in document management, litigation, and institutional services.

Through his work as a teaching assistant in various areas of Law —Labor, Criminal, Constitutional, Political, and History of Law — José Luis has consolidated a transversal and critical view of the legal system, contributing through teaching and regulatory analysis. His approach combines technical rigor, public vocation, and leadership capacity, positioning him as a professional in training with high potential to contribute to demanding and multidisciplinary legal environments.

Additionally, he has carried out commercial management tasks mainly focused on the commercial, judicial, and Community Manager areas.
